Lindsay is one of approximately 1,500 U.S. Army soldiers participating with members of the Kuwaiti armed forces in Exercise Intrinsic Action 98-1. The exercise is intended to strengthen military-to-military relationships, improve readiness and interoperability between U.S. and Kuwaiti armed forces, and to enhance U.S. military force capabilities to deploy quickly to the region.
