The 615th Air Mobility Group uses forklifts to unload equipment from a U.S. Air Force C-5 Galaxy at an operating base in Southwest Asia on Feb. 11, 1998. U.S. Air Force personnel from the 715th and 815th Air Mobility Squadron will operate as a Tanker Airlift Control Element, commonly called a TALCE, to control all U.S. airlift traffic in and out of their deployed location in support of Operation Southern Watch which is the U.S. and coalition enforcement of the no-fly-zone over Southern Iraq.
