North Carolina Air National Guard airmen off load medical supplies from a C-130 Hercules transport aircraft delivering troops and relief supplies to Wilmington International Airport, N.C. on Sept. 17, 1999. The airmen are joining hundreds of other National Guard troops in North Carolina and surrounding states to provide disaster and humanitarian relief for thousands of people hit by Hurricane Floyd. The airmen are attached to the 156th Air Evacuation Squadron, Charlotte, N.C. The Hercules is attached to the North Carolina Air National Guard's 145th Airlift Wing.
