Army Chief Warrant Officer Troy Williams conducts a thorough engine cleaning after a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter mission in Timerhri, Republic of Guyana, on June 18, 2004. Williams is deployed for New Horizons 2004 - Guyana, which is a joint service training exercise held in Guyana and is co-sponsored by both the U.S. Southern Command in Miami, Fla., and the Guyana Defense Force. During this four-month exercise, a combined team of GDF and U.S. military personnel will engage in construction projects and medical training activities which directly benefit the local community.
