U.S. Navy Landing Craft, Air Cushioned vessels, more commonly known as LCAC's, land on the beach to offload equipment and Marines during an amphibious assault training evolution as part of exercise Rim of the Pacific '04 at Bellows Air Force Station, Oahu, Hawaii, on July 20, 2004. Exercise Rim of the Pacific '04 is an international maritime exercise designed to enhance the tactical proficiency of participating Pacific Rim nations including participants from Australia, Canada, Chile, Japan, South Korea, the United Kingdom, and the U.S. The LCAC's are attached to the Assault Craft Unit Five.
