Flight deck crewmen signal the pilots of a U.S. Marine Corps MV-22 Osprey as it comes in for a landing on the USS Nassau (LHA 4) while underway in the Atlantic Ocean on March 23, 2005. The Osprey is a vertical takeoff and landing tiltrotor aircraft designed for combat, combat support and special operations missions worldwide. The flight deck crew of the Nassau worked with the Osprey for the first time during a weeklong familiarization at sea.
