Rumsfeld during an armed forces full honor review at the Pentagon's River Parade Field on May 11, 2005. The Central American and Caribbean leaders are at the Pentagon to for security discussions. The full honor review featured a 21-gun salute followed by a pass-in-review of the honor guard platoons of each of the five U.S. armed services. Rumsfeld and Presidents Enrique Bolanos of Nicaragua, Ricardo Maduro of Honduras, Abel Pacheco of Costa Rica, Oscar Berger of Guatemala, Antonio Saca of El Salvador, and Leonel Fernandez of the Dominican Republic will later discuss security concerns during a breakfast meeting in the Pentagon.
