Two F-16 Fighting Falcons from the 64th Aggressor Squadron, Nellis Air Force Base, Nev., wait to be refueled by a KC-135 Stratotanker during a Red Flag mission over the Nevada Test and Training Range on Aug. 15, 2005. Red Flag is a quarterly, multi-national exercise designed to replicate the first ten days of war, giving pilots real world experience to increase their ability to survive in combat. The 64th Aggressor Squadron's F-16s have a unique paint scheme to match their role as simulated enemy MiG aircraft for the exercises.
