U.S. Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Chad Seward uses a cutting torch to cut through a barrel as Navy Seabees build latrines for displaced families at the Thuri Park Tent Village near Muzaffarabad, Pakistan, on Nov. 11, 2005. Seward is a Navy steelworker attached to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 74, deployed from Gulfport, Miss. The Department of Defense is supporting the State Department by providing disaster relief supplies and services following the massive earthquake that struck Pakistan and parts of India and Afghanistan.
