U.S. Navy sailors and Cameroon Naval Forces sailors unload medical supplies donated by Project Handclasp from amphibious dock landing ship USS Fort McHenry (LSD 43) to a landing craft for transport to Limbe Naval Base, Cameroon, on Feb. 28, 2008. The sailors are supporting Africa Partnership Station, a multinational effort to bring the latest training and techniques to maritime professionals in nine west and central African countries.
