Douglas Steil launches an EA-6B Prowler aircraft assigned to Tactical Electronic Warfare Squadron 139 off of catapult two on the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) while underway in the Indian Ocean on Oct. 21, 2008. Steil is under instruction as a "Shooter" and Prim was training him during this launch cycle. The Ronald Reagan Carrier Strike Group is participating in exercise Malabar '08, which is designed to increase cooperation between the Indian navy and U.S. Navy while enhancing the cooperative security relationship between India and the United States.
