Sultan Ebu, a coalition officer for strategic communications at the Combined Joint Task Force, on the proper procedures for firing an M-16 rifle before a U.S. Marine Corps Enhanced Marksmanship range exercise at the Djibouti City Police Department gun range on May 12, 2010. Nearly 20 military members deployed to Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, participated in the exercise, which focuses on advanced tactical weapons training.
