The crew of the USS Sioux City stand watch during the ship’s commissioning ceremony, Nov. 17, 2018, in Annapolis, Md. The Sioux City is the thirteenth littoral combat ship to enter the fleet and the sixth of the Freedom variant. It is the first ship named for Sioux City, the fourth-largest city in Iowa.
