A sailor presents the flag to Carol Parent, niece of Navy Watertender 1st Class Edwin McCabe,during a funeral ceremony at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Honolulu, Sept. 25, 2019. McCabe was assigned to the USS Oklahoma which capsized and resulted in the deaths of over 400 crew members on Dec. 7, 1941, at Ford Island, Pearl Harbor. McCabe was recently identified through DNA analysis by the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency.
