Dili Pump

Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Ana Jaramillo-Arroyo works on a water pump as part of a construction project in Dili, Timor-Leste, during Hari’i Hamutuk, an exercise that includes U.S., Timorese, Australian and Japanese troops. Jaramillo-Arroyo is assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 4, which supports humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations in the Indo-Pacific and provides general engineering and civil support to U.S. and joint forces.
