Ribbon Cutting

Guests, Fort Lee leaders and the first residents cut the ribbon on a house in Jefferson Terrace at Fort Lee, Va., Oct. 2, 2019. The ribbon-cutting ceremony commemorated completion of a $15.7 million project to construct 34 new homes in the Jefferson Terrace neighborhood. The new homes replaced 1950s-era homes that represented the only existing base housing inventory built before the late 1990s.
