Turkey delivers pallets of medical supplies arrives adorned a Rumi quote -- “After hopelessness there is so much hope and after darkness there is much brighter sun” — and a second quote -- “With great sincerity from Turkey to the people of the United States of America” — at Joint Base Andrews, Md., April. 28, 2020.
