Promotion Ceremony

Air Force Chaplain (1st Lt.) Tra-Vorus Weaver, assigned to the Massachusetts Air National Guard’s 104th Fighter Wing, is promoted to captain in a ceremony at the Holyoke Soldiers’ Home in Holyoke, Mass., April 22, 2020.
