Boat Report

Navy Seaman Victoria Rocha conducts a boat report on a rigid-hulled inflatable boat aboard the U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge in Yokosuka, Japan, July 21, 2020. A boat report is an inspection of all mechanical and electrical systems. It is conducted to ensure the inflatable boats are able to deploy at a moment’s notice.
