Marine Corps Staff Sgt. Christophe Decasanova helps Gunner Sadler cut a cake in Gunner’s home in Bloomington, Ill., Dec. 18, 2021. The Marine Corps coordinated with the Sadler family to conduct the ceremony to honor Gunner’s strength and tenacity, guided by the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
