An F/A-18E Super Hornet, attached to the "Tomcatters" of Strike Fighter Squadron 31, is chocked and chained on the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS Gerald R. Ford during operations in the Atlantic Ocean, Nov. 7, 2022. The Gerald R. Ford Carrier Strike Group is conducting training and operations alongside NATO allies and partners to enhance integration for future operations and demonstrate the Navy’s commitment to a peaceful, stable and conflict-free Atlantic region.
