Guardsmen respond during Operation Snow Drift to recover stranded personnel from vehicles on the side of the road in Gary, Ind., Dec. 22, 2022. During the first hour of driving, our Guardsmen were able to help a semi truck driver who had veered off the road get to safety and warmth at a hotel.
