Big Buoy

Coast Guardsmen work with a refloated buoy in Apra Harbor, Guam, June 6, 2023. The divers used lift bags to raise the buoy before Navy Seabees used a crane to relocate it to the pier. The area is recovering from damage done by Typhoon Mawar.
