Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Samuel Hamilton fires an M9 pistol during a small-arms gun shoot aboard the USS Gunston Hall in the Atlantic Ocean, Feb. 3, 2024. The Gunston Hall is participating in Steadfast Defender 24, NATO’s largest exercise in decades, which will demonstrate NATO's ability to deploy forces rapidly from across the alliance to reinforce the defense of Europe.
