Army Pfc. Victoria N. Torres, assigned to the Florida National Guard’s Charlie Battery, 3rd Battalion, 265th Air Defense Artillery Regiment, welcomes a spontaneous hug from a toddler while patrolling a neighborhood in Palmetto, Fla., Oct. 8, 2024, to reassure residents and provide information before Hurricane Milton.
