Explosive Entry Marines place a doughnut charge during breaching training at Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, Aug. 12, 2025. A doughnut charge is a loop of detonation cord used to destroy locked door handles. The training was designed to enhance mobility, survivability and lethality in built-up environments by practicing explosive and mechanical entry techniques.
