Military Commissions Announcement of Cancellation: United States v. Majid Shoukat Khan Hearing

July 18, 2019

The trial judge in the case of United States v. Majid Shoukat Khan has canceled the upcoming hearing scheduled for Aug. 14-17 at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

The media availabilities at both Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, and Ft. Meade, Md., are also canceled.
