Secretary Esper Participates in 75th Anniversary Commemoration of the Battle of the Bulge

Secretary of Defense Mark T. Esper embarks Sunday, Dec. 15, to visit Belgium and Luxembourg to participate in the 75th anniversary of the Battle of the Bulge.

Secretary Esper will lead the U.S. Presidential delegation and provide remarks during commemoration events at both the Mardasson Memorial in Belgium and the American Military Cemetery in Luxembourg.

During the ceremonies, Secretary Esper will also meet with World War II veterans to thank them for their sacrifice, and pay tribute to the importance of their service in building transatlantic partnerships that endure today.
