Postponed: Pentagon Press Secretary John Kirby; Air Force Gen. Tod D. Wolters and Air Force Gen. Glen D. VanHerck Press Briefing in the Pentagon Briefing Room

The press briefing previously scheduled for this afternoon is postponed. We will look to reschedule on a future date.

Pentagon Press Secretary John Kirby will be joined by Air Force Gen. Tod D. Wolters, commander, U.S. European Command  (virtual participation); and Air Force Gen. Glen D. VanHerck, commander, U.S. Northern Command and North American Aerospace Defense Command  (virtual participation) for an on-camera press briefing in the Pentagon Briefing Room at 3:00 p.m. ET today, August 24, 2021.

If you plan to have a question please call in by 2:55 p.m. so we can inform Mr. Kirby that you will have a question. 

Due to COVID social distancing concerns, there will be 30 chairs for reporters in the room.  The seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Only one seat per news organization is authorized.
