Pentagon Press Secretary John Kirby and Air Force Gen. Glen D. VanHerck, Commander, U.S. Northern Command and North American Aerospace Defense Command Will Hold a Press Briefing in the Pentagon Briefing Room

Pentagon Press Secretary John Kirby will brief the media on camera in the Pentagon Briefing Room at 3:30 p.m. EDT today, August 27, 2021. He will be joined by Air Force Gen. Glen D. VanHerck, commander, U.S. Northern Command and North American Aerospace Defense Command (virtual participation).

If you plan to ask a question please call in by 2:55 p.m. so we can inform the briefers.

Due to COVID social distancing concerns, there will be 30 chairs for reporters in the room.  The seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Only one seat per news organization is authorized.
