Secretary of Defense Lloyd J. Austin III will provide remarks at noon EDT today with President Joseph R. Biden and Army Gen. Mark A. Milley, chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff, at the National Memorial Day Observance at Arlington National Cemetery.
