On-Camera Press Briefing

Pentagon Press Secretary Brig. Gen. Pat Ryder and Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Russia, Ukraine & Eurasia Ms. Laura Cooper will hold an on-camera press briefing in the Pentagon Press Briefing Room at 3 p.m., today, Oct. 4, 2022.

There will be 54 chairs for reporters in the room.  The seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Only one seat per news organization is authorized.

The Zoom lines will open 20 minutes in advance. If you are connecting through Zoom and would like to ask a question, please call in by 2:40 p.m. and let the duty officer know you will have a question. When logging in to Zoom, please log in with your name and media organization.

For those wishing to ask a question, you can also reply to this email with your intent.

The briefing will be livestreamed on Defense.gov and broadcast on Channel 2 in the Pentagon.
