On-Camera Press Conference

Secretary of Defense Lloyd J. Austin III and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff GEN Mark A. Milley will hold an on-camera press conference in the Pentagon Briefing Room at 12 p.m. ET, today, Wednesday, Nov. 16.

There will be 54 chairs for reporters in the room.  The seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Only one seat per news organization is authorized.

The Pentagon Briefing Room will NOT open until 11:30 a.m.

The Zoom lines will open approximately 20 minutes in advance.  When logging in to Zoom, please log in with your name and media organization.

The conference will be livestreamed on Defense.gov and broadcast on Channel 2 in the Pentagon.
