Secretary of Defense Lloyd J. Austin III departs on domestic travel Friday, May 12 to Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and Fayetteville State University to highlight the Department’s focus on the Value of Service to our Nation.
During his visit to Fort Bragg, Secretary Austin will visit U.S. Army Forces Command leaders and meet with families from the 82nd Airborne Division. He will also visit Hampton Primary School, and a child development center.
On Saturday, the Secretary will deliver remarks during the Fayetteville State University commencement.
