Army Spc. Breyonnha Chester of Philadelphia, a Pennsylvania National Guard motor transport operator, came from a military family. In her civilian life, Chester is a mail carrier and assistant supervisor for the Newtown, Penn., post office and credits the National Guard with teaching her the value of being disciplined.
