AIR FORCE

The Boeing Co., Seattle, Washington, has been awarded a $2,122,841,088 modification (P00110) to previously awarded contract FA8625-11-C-6600 for KC-46 Lot 3 production. Contractor will provide 15 KC-46 aircraft, data, two spare engines, and five wing refueling pod kits. Work will be performed at Seattle, Washington, and is expected to be complete by July 30, 2019. Fiscal 2017 aircraft procurement funds in the amount of $2,122,841,088 are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (FA8625-11-C-6600).

Sallyport Global Holdings Inc., Alexandria, Virginia, has been awarded a $200,000,000 modification (P00019) on previously awarded contract FA8615-14-C-6020 for base life support, base operations support, and security for Balad Air Base, Iraq. Work will be performed at Balad Air Base, Iraq, and is expected to be complete by July 31, 2017. This contract is 100 percent foreign military sales to Iraq. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.

Raytheon Missile Systems, Tucson, Arizona, has been awarded a fixed-price incentive firm modification (FA8672-17-C-0010) to exercise the option on previously awarded contract FA8672-10-C-0002 for Small Diameter Bomb (SDB II). Contractor will provide low-rate initial production for 312 SDB II Lot 3 munitions, 413 SDB II Lot 3 single weapon containers, 20 weapon conversions for guided test vehicles, 20 production reliability incentive demonstration effort captive vehicles, 24 SDB II Lot 3 weapon load crew trainers/conventional munitions maintenance trainers, and data. Work will be performed at Tucson, Arizona, and is expected to be complete by June 30, 2019. Fiscal 2017 missile procurement funds in the amount of $62,489,678 are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, is the contracting activity.

The Boeing Co. - Directed Energy & Strategic Systems, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, has been awarded a $15,626,629 modification (P00031) to exercise an option on previously awarded contract FA8214-15-C-0001 for intercontinental ballistic missile guidance subsystem support. Work will be performed at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, and is expected to be complete by Feb. 1, 2018. Fiscal 2017 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $12,948,147 are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is the contracting activity.

General Dynamics - Ordnance and Tactical Systems Inc., Lincoln, Nebraska, has been awarded an $8,054,853 firm-fixed-price contract for production of the BLU-129/B warhead case assemblies. Work will be performed at Lincoln, Nebraska, and is expected to be complete by Jan. 27, 2019. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition with five offers received. Fiscal 2016 and 2017 ammunition procurement funds in the amount of $8,054,853 are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, is the contracting activity (FA8681-C-17-0129).

NAVY

General Atomics, San Diego, California, is being awarded a $532,614,821 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N00019-14-C-0037) to exercise an option for the manufacture, assembly, inspection, test and checkout of the Electromagnetic Aircraft Launch System (EMALS) delivered onboard the CVN 80 aircraft carrier, including installation and checkout spares, repairs, technical data, and drawing changes.  Work will be performed in San Diego, California (26 percent); Mankato, Minnesota (18.4 percent); Tupelo, Mississippi (18.1 percent); Cincinnati, Ohio (13.5 percent); Boston, Massachusetts (8.8 percent); New Milford, Connecticut (3.1 percent); Green Bay, Wisconsin (2.2 percent); Lisbon, New Hampshire (1.4 percent);  Randolf, New Jersey (1.0 percent); East Mckeesport, Pennsylvania (0.9 percent); Williamstown, Massachusetts (0.8 percent); Vista, California (0.7 percent); Orange, California (0.7 percent); Oceanside, California (0.6 percent); Franklin, Massachusetts (0.5 percent); Stuttgart, Germany (0.5 percent); Elk Grove Village, Illinois (0.5 percent); Las Vegas, Nevada (0.5 percent): Sun Valley (0.5 percent): Rome, New York (0.4 percent); Manson, Ohio (0.3 percent); Irvine, California (0.2 percent); Allen Texas (0.2 percent); Livonia Michigan (0.1 percent); and Grant Pass, Oregon (0.1 percent).  Work is expected to be completed in September 2027.  Fiscal 2016 shipbuilding conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $11,000,000 are being obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

Hawaii Pacific JV LLC,* Kaneohe, Hawaii, is being awarded $9,800,000 for firm-fixed-price task order 0007 under a previously awarded multiple award construction contract (N62478-16-D-4017) for major repairs and renovations at the Legal Services Facility, Building 215, Marine Corps Base Hawaii.  The work includes demolition, asbestos abatement, lead paint control measures, handling of polychlorinated biphenyls and mercury, concrete work, steel work, carpentry, fluid-applied roofing, steel doors and frames, wood doors, steel windows and doors, glazing, louvers, lath and plaster, gypsum wallboard, ceramic tile, resilient flooring, carpeting, painting, signage, toilet compartments and accessories, fire extinguishers, blinds, plumbing, mechanical work, electrical work, fire alarm, and incidental related work. The contractor will also provide relocatable modular office trailers for the duration of construction at the facility.  Work will be performed in Oahu, Hawaii, and is expected to be completed by February 2019.  Fiscal 2017 operations and maintenance (Navy) contract funds in the amount of $9,800,000 are obligated on this award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  Three proposals were received for this task order.  The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Hawaii, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, is the contracting activity.  


ARMY

Olin Corp., East Alton, Illinois, was awarded a $90,880,484 modification (P00008) to contract W52P1J-16-C-0003 for 5.56 millimeter, 7.62 millimeter, and caliber .50, small caliber ammunition cartridges.  Work will be performed in Oxford, Mississippi, with an estimated completion date of July 31, 2018.  Fiscal 2015, 2016, and 2017 other funds in the combined amount of $90,880,484 were obligated at the time of the award.  Army Contracting Command, Rock Island, Illinois, is the contracting activity.

Ohio River Salvage, Inc.,* Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (W91237-17-D-0004); and Amherst Madison, Inc., Charleston, West Virginia (W91237-17-D-0005), were together awarded a $45,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for regional dredging support for the Great Lakes and Ohio River division.  Bids were solicited via the Internet with three received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Jan. 26, 2022.  Army Corps of Engineers, Huntington, West Virginia, is the contracting activity.

Kenall-Freese and Nichols 8(A) Mentor Protégé,* Houston, Texas, was awarded a $10,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for architect engineering services, southwestern division, Fort Worth District, military projects set-aside.  Bids were solicited via the Internet with 12 received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Jan. 26, 2022.  Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth, Texas, is the contracting activity (W9126G-17-D-0011).

INDTAI Inc.,* Vienna, Virginia, was awarded a $9,157,863 firm-fixed-price contract for education support services required by Army continuing educations system in Installation Management Command education offices, in and outside the continental U.S..  Bids were solicited via the Internet with seven received. Work will be performed at Fort Sam Houston, Texas, with an estimated completion date of Jan. 27, 2020.  Fiscal 2017 operations and maintenance (Army) funds in the amount of $6,427,005 were obligated at the time of the award.  Army Contracting Command, Fort Sam Houston, Texas, is the contracting activity (W9124J-17-C-0018).

CACI Enterprise Solutions Inc., was awarded a $7,832,017 modification (P00007) to contract W81XWH-14-F-0205 for pre-planned product improvement, life cycle management, and business process and technical integration support and reengineering services for the theater enterprise-wide logistics system. The contractor will provide software maintenance services to support joint medical logistics functional development center, defense health services systems, Defense Health Agency in the configuration, technical sustainment and continued enhancement as part of the Defense Medical Logistics – Enterprise Solution.  Work will be performed in Falls Church, Virginia, with an estimated completion date of Jan. 28, 2019.  Fiscal 2017 operations and maintenance (Army) funds in the amount of $7,832,017 were obligated at the time of the award.  Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity, Frederick, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

RDO Equipment Co., Moorhead, Minnesota, has been awarded a maximum $44,900,388 fixed-price with annual price re-determination long-term, indefinite-quantity contract for John Deere parts. This was a competitive acquisition with two offers received. This is a three-year base contract with two one-year option periods. Location of performance is Minnesota, with a Jan. 26, 2020, performance completion date. Using military services are Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2017 through fiscal 2020 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime, Columbus, Ohio (SPE7LX-17-D-0028).

General Dynamics Land Systems, Sterling Heights, Michigan, has been awarded a maximum $11,863,362 firm-fixed-price contract for fire control switchboards in containers. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 2304 (c)(1). This is a one-year base contract with one seven-month option period. Locations of performance are Michigan; Pennsylvania; and Florida, with deliveries beginning September 2018 and an April 30, 2020, performance completion date. Using military service is Army. Types of appropriation are Army working capital funds; and Army procurement appropriation. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime, Warren, Michigan (SPRDL1-17-C-0075).

DEFENSE THREAT REDUCTION AGENCY

Leidos Inc.,Reston, Virginia, is awarded a contract (HDTRA1-17-C-0019) with a ceiling value of $35,921,608 ceiling time, materials contract, and does not include the value of the unexercised options.  This contract is for scientific and technical services in support of various projects under the Cooperative Biological Engagement program.  Work will be performed at various locations throughout the world.  The anticipated completion date is Jan. 30, 2018 (base period); this contract includes four 12-month options that would end on Jan. 30, 2022 if all options are exercised.  The contract was a competitive acquisition; the government received 11 offers.  The Defense Threat Reduction Agency, CTR Contracting Office/DTRA/J4COC, Fort Belvoir, Virginia, is the contracting activity.
