DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

 

Coastal Pacific Food Distributors, Stockton, California, has been awarded a maximum $615,527,303 fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for full food line distribution. This was a competitive acquisition with two responses received. This is a five-year contract with no option periods. Locations of performance are California, Japan, Singapore, Philippines and Diego Garcia, with a Feb. 12, 2023, performance completion date. Using military services are Marine Corps, Air Force, Navy and Army. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2018 through 2023 defense working capital funds. The contracting agency is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (SPE300-18-D-4036).

 

Food Services Inc., Mount Vernon, Washington, has been awarded a maximum $222,247,392 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for full food line distribution. This is a five-year contract with no option periods. This was a competitive acquisition with three responses received. Locations of performance are Washington and Okinawa, Japan, with a Feb. 12, 2023, performance completion date. Using military services are Marine Corps, Air Force, Army and Navy. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2018 through 2023 defense working capital funds. The contracting agency is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (SPE300-18-D-4037).

 

NAVY

 

Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., a Lockheed Martin Co., Stratford, Connecticut, is being awarded $126,500,000 for modification P00007 to a previously awarded fixed-price-incentive-firm target, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (N00019-16-C-0048).  This modification provides for long lead items in support of the low rate initial production of seven Lot III CH-53K aircraft.  Work will be performed in Stratford, Connecticut, and is expected to be completed in January 2019.  Fiscal 2018 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $126,500,000 will be obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the fiscal year.  The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

 

The Raytheon Co., El Segundo, California, is being awarded $8,857,043 for modification P00007 to a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N68936-17-D-0004) for additional F/A-18E/F and EA-18G sensor system software and hardware development.  Work will be performed in El Segundo, California, and is expected to be completed in December 2021.  No funds will be obligated at time of award.  Funds will be obligated on individual task orders as they are issued.  The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, California, is the contracting activity.

 

AIR FORCE

 

AAI Corp., doing business as Textron Systems, Hunt Valley, Maryland, has been awarded a $10,864,133 firm-fixed-price contract for repair of components for the AN/USM-670, Joint Service Combat System Tester.  Work will be performed in Hunt Valley, Maryland, and is expected to be complete by Feb. 2023. This award is the result of a sole-source acquisition, and no funds are being obligated at time of award.  Air Force Sustainment Center, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, is the contracting activity (FA8517-18-D-0001).
