ARMY

Lukos-VATC JV III LLC,* Tampa, Florida (W900KK-18-D-0021); Calhoun International LLC,* Tampa, Florida (W900KK-18-D-0022); Applied Training Solutions LLC,* Falls Church, Virginia (W900KK-18-D-0023); Engineering & Computer Simulations Inc., Orlando, Florida (W900KK-18-D-0024); Trideum Corp.,* Huntsville, Alabama (W900KK-18-D-0025); Pulau Corp, Orlando, Florida (W900KK-18-D-0026); Raytheon Co., Orlando, Florida (W900KK-18-D-0027); and PAE National Security Solutions LLC, Fredericksburg, Virginia (W900KK-18-D-0028) will compete for each order of the $2,400,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract to provide and manage training and training assistance for military and civilian related subjects in a contingency operations, provide planning, and support for Army, joint, and security cooperation exercises and perform operations and maintenance sustainment functions for training aids, devices, and ranges. Luhr Bros. Inc., Columbia, Illinois, was awarded a $23,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for stone placement. Bids were solicited via the Internet with two received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of June 30, 2019. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans, Louisiana, is the contracting activity (W912P8-18-D-0003).

Katmai Technical Services LLC,* Anchorage, Alaska, was awarded a $22,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for professional technical services for the executive office/directorate of enterprise operations at the Engineer Research and Development Center, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. One bid was solicited with one bid received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of June 18, 2023. DonJon Marine Co. Inc., Hillside, New Jersey, was awarded an $11,955,670 firm-fixed-price contract for maintenance dredging of portions of Newark Bay. Bids were solicited via the Internet with four received. Work will be performed in Newark, New Jersey, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 24, 2018. Fiscal 2017 civil works funds in the amount of $11,955,670 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York, New York, is the contracting activity (W912DS-18-C-0005).

HamHed LLC,* New Albany, Indiana (W912QR-18-D-0028); TATCO Services Inc.,* La Plata, Maryland (W912QR-18-D-0029); Nisou LGC JV LLC,* Detroit, Michigan (W912QR-18-D-0031); and IFS Global Corp.,* Ray, Ohio (W912QR-18-D-0032), will compete for each order of the $10,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for janitorial services. Smith Alvarez Sienkiewycz Architects PC,* Burlington, Vermont, was awarded a $10,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for architect and engineer support to the Vermont National Guard. Draeger Inc., Telford, Pennsylvania, has been awarded a maximum $60,000,000 modification (P00119) exercising the fourth one-year option period of a one-year base contract (SPE2D1-14-D-0004) with nine one-year option periods for patient monitoring systems, subsystems, accessories, consumables and training. This is a fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment contract. Location of performance is Pennsylvania, with an Aug. 5, 2019, performance completion date. Using customers are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and federal civilian agencies.  Type of appropriation is fiscal 2018 through 2019 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Muir Enterprises, doing business as Muir Copper Canyon Farms,* Salt Lake City, Utah, has been awarded a maximum $47,500,000 firm-fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for fresh fruits and vegetables. This is a 48-month contract with no option periods. This was a competitive acquisition with three responses received. Location of performance is Utah, with a June 18, 2022, performance completion date. Using customers are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and Department of Agriculture schools and reservations. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2018 through 2022 defense working capital funds. Welch Allyn Inc., Skaneateles Falls, New York, has been awarded a maximum $43,650,000 modification (P00112) exercising the ninth one-year option period of a one-year base contract (SPM2D1-09-D-8350) with nine one-year option periods for patient monitoring systems, subsystems, accessories, consumables and training. This is a fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment contract. Location of performance is New York, with a June 23, 2019, performance completion date. Using customers are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and federal civilian agencies. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2018 through 2019 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Contitech USA Inc., Fairlawn, Ohio, has been awarded a $16,478,527 firm-fixed-price contract for M88 vehicle tracks. This is a one-year base contract with a one-year option period. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 2304 (c)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. Location of performance is Ohio, with a Nov. 18, 2019, performance completion date. Using military service is Army. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2018 Army working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime, Warren, Michigan (SPRDL1-18-C-0264).

Tennier Industries Inc.,* Delray Beach, Florida, has been awarded a maximum $9,309,281 modification (P00003) exercising the first one-year option period of a one-year base contract (SPE1C1-17-D-1090) with two one-year option periods for various designs of all-purpose parkas. This is a firm-fixed-priced, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. Locations of performance are Tennessee and Florida, with a June 19, 2019, performance completion date. Using military services are Marine Corps and Air Force. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2018 through 2019 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. 

NAVY 

General Atomics Aeronautical Systems Inc., Poway, California, has been awarded an undefinitized contract action with a not-to-exceed value of $39,566,023 to provide additional unmanned air system intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance surge support for Marine Corps Task Force Southwest operations in the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) area of operations (AOR) using contractor-owned/contractor-operated MQ-9 Reaper unmanned air systems.  Work will be performed in Yuma, Arizona (35 percent); Poway, California (15 percent); and within the CENTCOM AOR (50 percent), and is expected to be completed in November 2018.  Fiscal 2018 operations and maintenance (Navy), overseas contingency operations funds in the amount of $19,387,351 will be obligated at time of award, all of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(1).  The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity (N00019-18-C-1063).  (Awarded June 15, 2018).

BAE Systems Norfolk Ship Repair, Norfolk, Virginia, is being awarded an $11,730,561 firm-fixed-price modification to previously awarded contract (N00024-18-C-4438) to exercise options for the execution of USS Cole (DDG 67) fiscal 2018 extended dry-docking selected restricted availability.  Work will be performed in Norfolk, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by July 2019.  Fiscal 2018 defense-wide procurement funding in the amount of $11,730,561 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, District of Columbia, is the contracting activity.

Metron Inc.,* Reston, Virginia, is awarded an $8,005,240 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for an effort titled advanced modular payloads for unmanned undersea vehicles (UUVs).  This contract contains options, which if exercised, will bring the contract value to $21,091,313.  Work will be performed in Reston, Virginia, and work is expected to be completed Dec. 31, 2019.  Fiscal 2017 research, development, test and evaluation (defense) funds in the amount of $2,730,000; and fiscal 2018 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $35,000 will be obligated at the time of award.  Funds in the amount of $4,730,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This contract was competitively procured under Office of Naval Research long range broad agency announcement (BAA) N00014-18-S-B001, dated Sept. 29, 2017.  Since proposals will be received throughout the year under the long range BAA, the number of proposals received in response to the solicitation is unknown.  The Office of Naval Research, Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity (N00014-18-C-2015).
