CONTRACTS
 

NAVY
 

United Technologies Corp., Pratt & Whitney Military Engine, East Hartford, Connecticut, is being awarded a $591,919,496 modification to the previously awarded fixed-price-incentive-firm target Low Rate Initial Production Lot VII F135 propulsion systems contract (N00019-12-C-0060). This modification provides for the procurement of 19 F135-PW-100 Conventional Take Off and Landing propulsion systems for the U.S. Air Force; six F135-PW-600 Short Take-off and Vertical Landing propulsion systems for the U.S. Marine Corps; and four F135-PW-100 propulsion systems for the U.S. Navy. In addition, this modification provides for five F135-PW-100 propulsion systems, one F135-PW-100 spare propulsion system and one F135-PW-600 propulsion system for international partners, including program administrative labor, engineering assistance to production, initial spare modules and long-lead hardware. Work will be performed in Middletown, Connecticut (67 percent); Bristol, United Kingdom (16.5 percent); and Indianapolis, Indiana (16.5 percent). Work is expected to be completed in September 2016. Fiscal 2013 and 2014 aircraft procurement funds (Air Force and Navy), international partner and foreign military sales funds will be obligated at time of award, $472,901,335 of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract combines purchases for the Air Force ($240,078,577; 41 percent); the Navy/Marine Corps ($237,082,879; 40 percent); international partners ($114,720,882; 18 percent); and foreign military sales ($37,158; 1 percent). The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
 

Austal USA, LLC, Mobile, Alabama, is being awarded an $8,440,860 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-11-C-2301) to exercise an option for Littoral Combat Ship Core Class Services. Austal USA, LLC, will assess engineering and production challenges, as well as develop, evaluate costs and schedule risks for engineering change proposals and class baseline documentation in support of production efforts. Work will be performed in Mobile, Alabama (60 percent), and Pittsfield, Massachusetts (40 percent), and work is expected to be completed October 2015. Fiscal 2014 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funding in the amount of $8,440,860 will be obligated at time of award. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, District of Columbia, is the contracting activity.
 

AIR FORCE
 

L-3 Communications Integrated Systems LP., Waco, Texas, has been awarded a not to exceed $68,874,672 undefinitized contract action for standardization, removal of obsolescence and upgrade program for the Argentine Air Force. Contractor will modify five C-130s to upgrade and enhance their communication, navigation, airworthiness, and air traffic management systems. Work will be performed at Waco, Texas, and Cordoba, Argentina, and is expected to be completed by May 31, 2019. This contract is 100 percent foreign military sales. This award is the result of a sole-source acquisition. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, is the contracting activity (FA8553-15-C-0003).
 

CORRECTION: The previously released modification (P00017) to contract FA9200-12-D-0085 awarded to Jacobs Technology, Inc., on Oct. 9, 2014, did not account for new task orders under this option period. With the inclusion of these new task orders, the estimated award amount is $130,000,000.
 

DEFENSE LOGISTIC AGENCY
 

Lockheed Martin Corporation, Owego, New York, has been awarded a maximum $8,618,751 firm-fixed-price contract for transmitter receivers. This contract was a sole-source acquisition. This is a three-year base contract with no option periods. Location of performance is New York, with a Jan. 22, 2017, performance completion date. Using service is Denmark. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2015 foreign military sales funding. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (SPRWA1-13-D-2000-THBM). (Awarded Oct. 13, 2014.)
 

ARMY
 

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, Grand Prairie, Texas was awarded a $595,484,370 modification (P00008) to foreign military sales contract (Kuwait, Taiwan, Qatar, U.A.E.) W31P4Q-14-C-0034 to procure fiscal 2014 PATRIOT Advanced Capability (PAC-3) production to include 152 PAC-3 cost reduction initiative missiles, 15 PAC-3 launcher modification kits, and the associated ground equipment, tooling, and initial spares. Fiscal 2013 and 2014 other procurement and other procurement (Army) funds in the amount of $543,030,607 were obligated at the time of the award. Estimated completion date is May 31, 2016. Work will be performed in Grand Prairie, Lufkin, and El Paso, Texas; Camden, Arkansas; Chelmsford, Massachusetts; Ocala, Florida; Huntsville, Alabama; Anaheim, California. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama is the contracting activity.
 

Raytheon Technical Services Company, Indianapolis, Indiana, was awarded a 48,000,000 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for technical and system integration and software maintenance in support of PM Air Warrior. Work and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 28, 2019. One bid was solicited with one received. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity (W58RGZ-15-D-0003).
 

Navistar Defense LLC, Lisle, Illinois was awarded a $9,233,219 firm-fixed-price foreign military sales contract (Jordan) for one-hundred 4-ton 4x4 cargo trucks and twenty days of operator and maintenance training. Work will be performed in New Carlisle, Ohio with an estimated completion date of May 20, 2015. Bids were solicited via the internet with nineteen received. Other procurement funds in the amount of $9,233,219 are being obligated at the time of the award. Army Contracting Command, Warren, Michigan is the contracting activity (W56HZV-15-C-0019).
