This contract provides for non-personal services to provide technical support services to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Comptroller in the areas of program and budget support, financial operations support, finance and accounting support, Defense Agency Initiative sustainment activities and financial management functions for DTRA organizational entities. Sealift Inc., Oyster Bay, New York, is being awarded a $9,466,640 modification under a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N00033-14-C-3301) to exercise a one-year option period for the time charter of the U.S.-flagged self-sustaining ship, MV CAPT David I Lyon, to support the U.S. Air Force’s at-sea prepositioning program.
