DynCorp International LLC, McLean, Virginia, is being awarded a maximum amount $93,837,294 cost-plus-incentive-fee contract for various support services to various Department of Defense components. The maximum dollar value includes the base period, seven option periods and a six-month extension of services period. Various support services include conducting humanitarian assistance, civic assistance, minor military construction projects, contingency efforts, supporting various exercises and other projects located at various sites, usually in remote areas in the Philippines, Cambodia, Timor-Leste and other countries in South Asia, Southeast Asia and Oceania. Oracle America Inc., Redwood City, California, is being awarded a $45,511,729 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, firm-fixed-price, performance-based, commercial contract (N65236-17-D-1005) to provide post-deployment systems support for Increment 1 of Global Combat Support System - Marine Corps (GCSS-MC). This contract includes a two year ordering period. Work will be performed in Reston, Virginia (90 percent); and Stafford, Virginia (10 percent), and is expected to be completed by December 2018. DZSP 21 LLC, Marlton, New Jersey, is being awarded a $42,019,077 modification under a cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (N62742-16-C-1130) to exercise the first option to extend services under for base operations support services at Joint Region Marianas. The work to be performed provides for facility support and base operating support for the following services: management and administration, port operations, ordnance, material management, facility management, facility investment, electrical, wastewater, water, base support vehicles and equipment, and environmental services. After award of this option, the total cumulative contract value will be $106,602,521. Watts Contrack JV, Honolulu, Hawaii, is being awarded a $26,373,480 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of the apron expansion and supporting facilities at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island. The work to be performed provides for the construction of an aircraft apron and supporting facilities for the P-8A Poseidon aircraft program. Supporting facilities include a low-rise sonobuoy storage facility, open concrete slab rinse facility, and a low rise liquid oxygen facility. The project will also demolish the existing sonobuoy storage and liquid oxygen facilities, and other miscellaneous facilities on the flight-line. The contract also contains one unexercised option, which if exercised would increase cumulative contract value to $26,374,230. Work will be performed in Oak Harbor, Washington, and is expected to be completed by June 2018. U.S. TRANSPORTATION COMMAND
Phoenix Air Group Inc., Carterville, Gerogia, is being awarded an $8,521,705 option year task order (0002) to extend services under an indefinite-delivery requirements-type, fixed-price with economic price adjustment contract HTC711-14-D-R027. This brings the cumulative task order face value from $9,765,625 to $18,287,330. The contract is for air charter services for Headquarters U.S. Africa Command passengers from Stuttgart Army Airfield, Germany, to various points throughout Africa and Europe.
