DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Forestwood Farms Inc.,* Birmingham, Alabama, has been awarded a maximum $202,500,000 firm-fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for fresh fruits and vegetables. This was a competitive acquisition with three responses received. This is a 54-month contract with no option periods. Location of performance is Tennessee, with a Jan. 10, 2023, performance completion date. Using customers are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and Department of Agriculture schools. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2018 through 2023 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (SPE300-18-D-P325).

AeroControlex Group, South Euclid, Ohio, has been awarded a maximum $68,213,054 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for consumable spare parts and depot-level reparables supporting auxiliary power units and accessories for five aircraft and ground stock carts. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulations 6.302-1. This is a five-year base contract with one three-year and one two-year option periods. Location of performance is Ohio, with a July 10, 2023, performance completion date. Using military service is Air Force. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2018 through 2023 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation, Richmond, Virginia (SPE4AX-18-D-9442).

Crook Brothers,* Beckley, West Virginia, has been awarded a maximum $42,000,000 firm-fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment contract for fresh fruit and vegetables. This is a four-year contract with one 12-month tier and two 18-month tiers. Maximum dollar amount is for the life of the contract, including options. This was a competitive acquisition with one response received. Location of performance is West Virginia, with a July 10, 2022, performance completion date. Using customers are West Virginia National Guard and U.S. Department of Agriculture Schools. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2018 through 2022 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (SPE300-18-D-P328).

ARMY

The Boeing Co., Ridley Park, Pennsylvania, was awarded a $131,142,877 modification (P00003) to contract W91215-16-G-0001 for the procurement of four MH-47G Block II aircraft. Work will be performed in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania, with an estimated completion date of June 29, 2020. Fiscal 2018 other procurement; Department of Defense; and other procurement (Army) funds in the amount of $131,142,877 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity.

Weston Solutions Inc., West Chester, Pennsylvania, was awarded a $27,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for hazardous, toxic, radioactive, waste and military munitions remediation. Bids were solicited via the Internet with 14 received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of July 10, 2023. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore, Maryland, is the contracting activity (W912DR-18-D-0006).

HDR Environmental, Operations, and Construction, Folsom, California, was awarded a $24,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for architect-engineer services. Bids were solicited via the Internet with five received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of July 10, 2023. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, San Francisco, California, is the contracting activity (W912P7-18-D-0004).

Parsons Government Services Inc., Pasadena, California, was awarded a $24,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for architect-engineer services. Bids were solicited via the Internet with five received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of July 10, 2023. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, San Francisco, California, is the contracting activity (W912P7-18-D-0003).

General Dynamics Information Technology Inc., Fairfax, Virginia, was awarded a $14,303,431 modification (F406 14) to contract W91QUZ-06-D-0012 for combined mission command network operations and maintenance information technology services. Work will be performed in Seoul, Republic of Korea, with an estimated completion date of July 31, 2019. Fiscal 2018 operations and maintenance (Army) funds in the amount of $14,303,431 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army 411th Combat Support Battalion is the contracting activity.

Weeks Marine Inc., Covington, Louisiana, was awarded a $9,960,000 firm-fixed-price contract for emergency maintenance dredging of Moriches Inlet, New York, Federal Navigation Project. Bids were solicited via the Internet with two received. Work will be performed in Suffolk, New York, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 12, 2018.  Fiscal 2018 operations and maintenance Army funds in the amount of $9,960,000 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York, New York, is the contracting activity (W912DS-18-C-0008).

Inland Dredge LLC,* Dyersburg, Tennessee, was awarded a $7,213,000 firm-fixed-price contract for the lease of a cutterhead hydraulic pipeline dredge. Bids were solicited via the Internet with two received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of July 19, 2021. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis, Tennessee, is the contracting activity (W912EQ-18-D-0003). 

CORRECTION: The contract announced on July 10, 2018, for $9,166,535 to Mabey Inc., Elkridge, Maryland (W56HZV-18-C-0128), has not been awarded.

AIR FORCE

ARCTEC Alaska JV, Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson, Alaska, has been awarded a $37,928,691 modification (P00022) to contract FA5215-14-C-7007 for operations and maintenance of Alaska remote radar sites. The modification provides for the exercise of the third option year, Sept. 29, 2018, to Sept. 28, 2019.  The total cumulative face value of the contract is $380,273,648.  Work will be performed at the Alaska Radar System sites in Alaska at Barrow, Barter Island, Cold Bay, Cape Lisburne, Cape Newenham, Cape Romanzof, Fort Yukon, Indian Mountain, King Salmon, Kotzebue, Murphy Dome, Oliktok, Sparrevohn, Tatalina, Tin City, Valdez, Middleton Island, Saint Paul Island, the Regional Air Operations Center and the Maintenance Control and Communications Center. Fiscal 2018 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $11,363,607 are being obligated at the time of award. The 766th Specialized Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, is the contracting activity.

CORRECTION: The $403,000,000 contract FA8232-18-D-0001 initially awarded on June 26, 2018, for F-16 Systems Program Office support at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, has not yet been awarded. 

NAVY 

Daylight Defense LLC, San Diego, California, is awarded $16,427,380 for modification (P00010) to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N00019-16-C-0036) to procure 30 Distributed Aperture Infrared Countermeasure Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation and 28 fiber optic cable assemblies in support of the Advanced Tactical Aircraft Protection Systems program office.  Work will be performed in San Diego, California, and is expected to be completed in December 2019.  Fiscal 2017 and 2018 aircraft procurement (Navy); and fiscal 2018 procurement (defense-wide) funds in the amount of $16,427,380 will be obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
