The Boeing Co., Seattle, Washington, is awarded a $51,532,751 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for sustainment engineering services in support of up to 17 C-40A aircraft. Support to be provided includes sustaining engineering, engineering data, technical publications, access to and distribution of technical data and publications, and other technical support services. Work will be performed in Seattle, Washington, and is expected to be completed in May 2024. No funds are being obligated at time of award; funds will be obligated on individual orders as they are issued. Mustang Technology Group L.P., doing business as L-3 Mustang Technology, Plano, Texas, is awarded a $9,195,869 cost-only contract for long-lead material in support of the 57mm MK 332 High Explosive-4 Bolt Guided Cartridge ammunition. The HE-4G cartridge is a 57mm electrically-primed cartridge designed to function in the 57mm MK 110 GM, and is intended for combating surface and air targets. The fixed cartridge consists of a Radio Frequency Guided Projectile (RFGP), brass cartridge case, and energetics qualified for Navy use. The RFGP is comprised of a guidance section, an advanced divert module with a fuze safe and arm, and a warhead. Work will be performed in Plano, Texas, and is expected to be complete by October 2020. Fiscal 2019 procurement of ammunition (Navy and Marine Corps) funding in the amount of $9,195,869 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(1) - only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
