Contracts For Oct. 21, 2021

NAVY

L3 Harris Technologies Inc. - Interstate Electronics Corp. (IEC), Anaheim, California, is awarded a $25,559,675 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract modification (P00001) for options under previously awarded  and announced contract N0003022C2001. The work will provide services and support for flight test instrumentation systems. Work will be performed in Anaheim, California (61%); Cape Canaveral, Florida (29%); Washington, D.C. (8%); Bremerton, Washington (1%); and Silverdale, Washington (1%), with an expected completion date of Sept. 30, 2022. Fiscal 2022 weapons (Navy) funds in the amount of $25,559,675 are obligated on this award. No funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract modification is being awarded to the contractor on a sole source basis under 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(1) and was previously synopsized on the beta.sam.gov website. Strategic Systems Programs, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

AIR FORCE

Strategic Technologies Analytics Group LLC, San Antonio, Texas, has been awarded a $15,726,412 cost-plus-fixed-fee completion contract for deliverable software prototype. This contract provides for the development of Concept of Employment (CONEMP) and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) driven by adversary system of systems analysis to support U.S. Cyber Command entities. CONEMP and TTPs will include requirements evaluation, proof-of-concept technology development, and deployment of technology to operationally realistic environments for evaluation. Work will be performed in San Antonio, Texas, and is expected to be completed by May 20, 2024. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition in which two offers were received. Air Force Research Laboratory, Rome, New York, is the contracting activity (FA8750-22-C-0516).

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Peckham Vocational Industries,* Lansing, Michigan, has been awarded an $11,171,800 modification (P00006) exercising the first one-year option period of a one-year base contract (SPE1C1-21-D-N143) with two one-year option periods for the GEN III, Layer II, Mid-Weight Drawer. This is a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. Location of performance is Michigan, with an Oct. 24, 2022, ordering period end date. Using service is Army. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2022 through 2023 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
 
UPDATE: CAMSS,** Monroe, Washington (SPE1C1-22-D-1500), has been added as an awardee to the multiple award contract for commercial-off-the-shelf shelters and tents, issued against solicitation SPE1C1-18-R-0003 and awarded May 10, 2019.

ARMY

CORRECTION: The contract announced on Oct. 20, 2021, for TRAX International Corp., Las Vegas, Nevada (W91CRB-22-D-0001), for $654,824,767, has not yet been awarded.  No new award date has been determined at this time.
