Contracts For Nov. 25, 2022

AIR FORCE

Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Linthicum Heights, Maryland, has been awarded an $99,365,970 firm-fixed-price modification (P00076) to contract FA8615-17-C-6047 for Active Electronically Scanned Array radars of Air Force F-16 aircraft. This modification is for the exercise of options to include 42 production radars, one initial spare kit, and two readiness spare kits. This modification does not involve Foreign Military Sales. Work will be performed in Linthicum Heights, Maryland, and is expected to be completed July 31, 2025. The total cumulative face value of the contract is $1,346,043,651. Fiscal 2022 aircraft procurement funds in the amount of $93,738,340; and fiscal 2023 aircraft procurement funds in the amount of $5,627,630 are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity. (Awarded Nov. 18, 2022)

L-3 Communication Integrated Systems L.P., Greenville, Texas, has been awarded a $42,748,575 firm-fixed-price contract for the procurement of a Joint Airborne Multi-Mission Multi-Sensor System Integration Lab, Ground, and Training System. Work will be performed in Greenville, Texas, and is expected to be completed March 31, 2025. This contract involved 100% Foreign Military Sales. This award is the result of a sole-source acquisition. Foreign Military Sales funds in the full amount are being obligated at the time of award. The 645th Aeronautical Systems Group, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (FA8620-23-F-4867). 

NAVY

Vectrus Systems Corp., Colorado Springs, Colorado, is awarded a $31,406,601 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity modification to previously awarded contract N62470-20-D-0010 for facilities support services at Isa Air Base and other locations in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Work will be performed at Isa Air Base, Bahrain, and is expected to be completed by November 2023. No funds will be obligated at time of award. Fiscal 2023 operation and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $23,275,489 will be obligated on a separate task order for recurring work and additional funds will be obligated on individual task orders issued during the period of performance for non-recurring work. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Europe Africa Central, Naples, Italy, is the contracting activity. 

Kellogg Brown and Root Services Inc., Houston, Texas, is awarded a $24,763,860 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity modification to previously awarded contract N62470-17-D-4007 to exercise the fifth option period for base operations support services at Naval Support Activity (NSA), Kingdom of Bahrain. This award brings the total cumulative value of the contract to $139,198,905. Work will be performed at NSA, Kingdom of Bahrain, and completed by November 2023. No funds will be obligated at time of award. Fiscal 2023 operation and maintenance (Navy) contract funds in the amount of $24,763,860 will be obligated for recurring work on individual task orders issued during the option period. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Europe Africa Central, Naples, Italy, is the contracting activity.

ARMY

Dyncorp International LLC, Fort Worth, Texas, was awarded a $25,320,805 modification (P00246) to contract W58RGZ-19-C-0025 for aviation maintenance services. Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas; Fort Bragg, North Carolina; Fort Drum, New York; Fort Campbell, Kentucky; West Point, New York; Fort Polk, Louisiana; Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland; Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia; Soto Cano, Honduras; Germany; Kosovo and Kuwait, with an estimated completion date of Nov. 30, 2023. Fiscal 2023 operation and maintenance, Army; other procurement, Army; and aircraft procurement, Army funds in the amount of $25,320,805 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE ADVANCED RESEARCH PROJECTS AGENCY

General Atomics Aeronautical Systems Inc., Poway, California, has been awarded a $7,967,144 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract, excluding unexercised options, for the Liberty Lifter program. Work will be performed in Poway, California, with an estimated completion date of May 2023. Fiscal 2022 research and development funds in the amount of $6,168,000 are being obligated at the time of award. This contract is a competitive acquisition in accordance with the original Broad Agency Announcement HR001122S0027. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity (HR001123C0016).
