DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Missouri, has been awarded a $255,000,000 modification (P00162) exercising the five-year option period of a five-year base contract (SPRPA1-14-D-002U) with one five-year option period for the F-15 depot program. This is a fixed-price-incentive and cost-plus-fixed-fee contract. The ordering period end date is May 17, 2027. Using military service is Air Force. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2022 through 2027 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Crown Clothing Co., Vineland, New Jersey, has been awarded a maximum $8,682,401 modification (P00004) exercising the second one-year option period of a one-year base contract (SPE1C1-22-D-1432) with four one-year option periods for men's green dress coats, belts and keepers. This is a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. The ordering period end date is Dec. 18, 2023. Using military service is Marine Corps. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2023 through 2024 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. 

DEFENSE FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING SERVICE

Ernst & Young LLP, Washington, D.C., is being awarded a labor-hour contract option for audit services of the Department of the Air Force General Fund and Working Capital Fund financial statements and examination. Work will be performed in Washington, D.C., with an expected completion date of Dec. 31, 2023. This contract is the result of a competitive acquisition for which one quote was received. The contract has a 12-month base period plus four individual one-year option periods with a maximum value of $200,222,745. This award brings the total cumulative value of the contract to $72,389,124. Fiscal 2023 Air Force operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $36,610,514.76 are being obligated at the time of this option award. The Defense Finance and Accounting Service, Contract Services Directorate, Columbus, Ohio, is the contracting activity (HQ0423-21-F-0087).

MISSILE DEFENSE AGENCY

The Boeing Co., Huntsville, Alabama, is being awarded a $109,101,801 contract modification (P00160) to a previously awarded, cost-plus-award-fee, cost-plus-incentive-fee contract (HQ0147-19-C-0004). The value of this contact is increased from $5,058,764,537 to $5,167,866,338. Under this modification, the contract period of performance is being extended by 12 months.  This extension will allow completion of the Ground Test (GT)-08 test campaign; fielding of the Launch Management System software version 8D and Increment 6B.2 of the Missile Defense System; and installation of new Launch System Components and Launch Support Systems. The work will be performed in Huntsville, Alabama; Fort Greely, Alaska; and Vandenberg Space Force Base, California. The contract period of performance will be extended from December 2023 to December 2024. Fiscal 2023, 2024, and 2025, research, development, test and evaluations funds will be used on this effort; however, no funds are being obligated at this time. The Missile Defense Agency, Huntsville, Alabama, is the contracting activity (HQ0147-19-C-0004).

ARMY

Lockheed Martin Corp., Orlando, Florida, was awarded a $67,921,965 modification (P00008) to contract W58RGZ-21-C-0016 for the AH-64 Apache Modernized Target Acquisition Designation Sight/Pilot Night Vision Sensor Performance Based Logistics program. Work will be performed in Orlando, Florida, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2025. Fiscal 2023 Army Working Capital funds in the amount of $67,921,965 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity. 

Amentum Services, Germantown, Maryland, was awarded a $25,200,000 modification (P00189) to contract W58RGZ-17-C-0011 for contractor logistics support. Work will be performed in Germantown, Maryland, with an estimated completion date of May 31, 2023. Fiscal 2022 operation and maintenance, Army funds in the amount of $25,200,000 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity.

Palantir USG Inc., Palo Alto, California, was awarded a $10,123,008 modification (P00002) to contract W911QX-22-C-0031 to conduct research and development services in the area of artificial intelligence and machine learning. Work will be performed in Palo Alto, California, with an estimated completion date of May 31, 2023. Fiscal 2023 research, development, test and evaluation, Army funds in the amount of $5,083,476 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Adelphi, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

NAVY

The Concourse Group LLC,* Annapolis, Maryland, is awarded a $35,000,000 firm-fixed-price, level-of-effort, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the Department of Navy's public-private venture and real estate programs. Work will be performed in Hawaii, Guam, and other overseas areas and is expected to be completed by December 2027. Fiscal 2023 operation and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $10,000 will be obligated at the time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via the System for Award Management website, with three offers received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Atlantic, Norfolk, Virginia, is the contracting activity (N62470-23-D-0008).

Jacobs Technology Inc., Tullahoma, Tennessee, is awarded a $30,633,270 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity modification to previously awarded contract N69450-18-D-1800 for base operations support services at Naval Station Mayport, Florida; Marine Corps Support Facility Blount Island, Florida; and outlying areas. This award brings the total cumulative value of the contract to $148,056,194. Work will be performed in Jacksonville, Florida, and is expected to be completed by December 2023. No funds will be obligated at time of award. Fiscal 2023 operation and maintenance (Navy) funds; fiscal 2023 operation and maintenance (Marine Corps) funds; and fiscal 2023 working capital (Navy) funds for recurring work will be obligated on individual task orders issued during the option period. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Southeast, Jacksonville, Florida, is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE ADVANCED RESEARCH PROJECTS AGENCY

SecuriGence LLC,* Leesburg, Virginia, has been awarded a $17,786,941 modification (P00014) to previously awarded task order HR001121F0006 for information technology multi-network support services. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the task order to $907,699,503 from $889,912,562. Work will be performed in Arlington, Virginia, with an expected completion date of June 2023. Fiscal 2022 research and development funds in the amount of $412,893; and fiscal 2023 research and development funds in the amount of $3,000,000 are being obligated at time of award. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity.

AIR FORCE

The Boeing Co., Hill Air Force Base, Utah, has been awarded a $15,511,239 C-Type contract for the Performance Assessment Data System (PADS) Communication Equipment Interface Unit (CEIU) production and deployment. This contract supports the Minuteman III Intercontinental Ballistic Missile for PADS to collect weapon system assessment data from CEIU and report to missile wings, Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Systems Directorate and contractors. Work will be performed on Hill AFB, Utah, and is expected to be completed by May 31, 2026. This award is the result of a sole source acquisition. Fiscal 2022 procurement missiles funds in the amount of $8,573,360 are being obligated at the time of award. The Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, Hill AFB, Utah, is the contracting activity (FA8214-23-C-0002).

DEFENSE COUNTERINTELLIGENCE AND SECURITY AGENCY

iWorks Corp., Reston, Virginia, was awarded a $12,467,558 firm-fixed-price modification (P00012) to previously awarded Personnel Security Support Services contract HS002121C0002 to exercise an option for continued services for seamlessly vetting personnel for access, preserving the adjudicative decision, and identifying and mitigating insider threat risk for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). Work will be performed in and around Fort George G. Meade, Maryland. This option will be funded with fiscal 2023 operations and maintenance funds. The period of performance for this option is Jan. 5, 2023, through Jan. 4, 2024. This contract modification brings the total base and exercise value of this contract to $42,356,958. DCSA Acquisition and Contracting, Quantico, Virginia, is the contracting activity.
