AIR FORCE
M1 Support Services, Denton, Texas, has been awarded an $83,365,717 firm-fixed-price contract modification (P00030) to contract FA489021C0002 for aircraft maintenance services at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. The contract modification is for the exercise of Option Two under the basic contract for an additional year of services. Work will be performed at Nellis AFB, and is expected to be completed Dec. 31, 2023. Fiscal 2023 operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $82,278,175 are being obligated at the time of award. Knowledge Based Systems Inc., College Station, Texas, was awarded a $49,950,000 single award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with cost-plus-fixed-fee task orders for research and development. This contract provides for primary research of the Avionics Systems Susceptibility and Risk Analysis Toolkit ability to develop model-based cybersecurity and resiliency analysis capability, and the integration of cybersecurity models in a digital engineering ecosystem. Work will be performed in College Station, Texas, and is expected to be completed by Dec. 30, 2029. This contract is the result of a sole source acquisition. Fiscal 2022, research and development funds in the amount of $495,000; and fiscal 2023, research and development funds in the amount of $150,000 are being obligated at time of award for the first task order. CORRECTION: The $84,786,547 contract announced Dec. 27, 2022, to Aero Turbine Inc., Stockton, California, for technical, logistics management, and repair requirements for the return of unserviceable J85 components to serviceable condition, was actually awarded Dec. 30, 2022 (FA8122-23-D-0004).

CORRECTION: On Nov. 22, 2022, a contract (W519TC-23-F-0022) was announced for $8,729,277 to Accord Federal Services,* Knoxville, Tennessee, for logistics support services at Fort Rucker, Alabama. However, that contract was not awarded.
