NAVY

General Dynamics Electric Boat Corp., Groton, Connecticut, was awarded a $967,185,528 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to previously awarded contract N00024-20-C-2120 for lead yard support and development studies and design efforts related to Virginia Class submarines. Work will be performed in Groton, Connecticut (95%); McLeansville, North Carolina (3%); Newport News, Virginia (1%); and Newport and Quonset, Rhode Island (1%), and is expected to be completed by October 2024. Fiscal 2023 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funding in the amount of $110,000,001 (99%); and fiscal 2021 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funding in the amount of $1,000,000 (1%), will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. L3Harris Technologies Inc., Clifton, New Jersey, was awarded a $41,143,567 firm-fixed-price modification to exercise an option to previously awarded contract N00024-21-C-5525 for MK 234 Nulka Advanced Decoy Architecture Program series payloads. Work will be performed in Clifton, New Jersey, and is expected to be completed by July 2026. Fiscal 2023 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $17,493,346 (42%); Fiscal 2022 other customer funds in the amount of $15,459,236 (38%); fiscal 2023 other customer funds in the amount of $7,729,618 (19%); and fiscal 2021 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $461,367 (1%), will be obligated at the time of award, of which $461,367 did expire at the end of the previous fiscal year (fiscal 2023). Rockwell Collins Simulation and Training Solutions, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is awarded a $20,251,175 firm-fixed-price modification (P00016) to a previously awarded contract (N6134021C0017). This modification exercises options to procure computer hardware and software concurrent baseline to Delta Software System Configuration (DSSC)-5 for Simulated Maintenance Trainer and Power Plant Trainer devices, as well as provides DSSC-5 maintenance training course and associated technical data, computer software, and computer software documentation in support of upgrading the E-2D Hawkeye Integrated Training Systems. Work will be performed in Norfolk, Virginia, and is expected to be completed in April 2026. Fiscal 2023 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $16,724,863; and fiscal 2022 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $3,526,312, will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, Orlando, Florida, is the contracting activity.
