LSI Inc.,* Jacksonville, Florida, was awarded a $44,663,738 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for personnel, materiel, facilities, engineering and production services to complete production of training devices. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of May 31, 2029. DEFENSE ADVANCED RESEARCH PROJECTS AGENCY

SecuriGence LLC*, Leesburg, Virginia, has been awarded a $190,901,337 modification (P00035) to previously awarded task order HR001121F0006 for information technology multi-network support services. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the task order to $525,009,025 from $334,107,688. Work will be performed in Arlington, Virginia, with an expected completion date of June 2025. Fiscal 2023 and 2024 research and development funds in the amounts of $216,040 and $11,189,454 are being obligated at time of award. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity.

NAVY

Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Melbourne, Florida, is awarded a $119,581,704 long-term, requirements contract for the repair of 17 weapon replaceable assemblies and shop replaceable assemblies in support of the E-2 aircrafts. This is a nineteen-month contract with no option periods, and work will be completed by December 2025. Work will be performed in Syracuse, New York (88%); Duluth, Georgia (4%); Woodland Hills, California (4%); Burnsville, Minnesota; and Ronkonkoma, New York (2%). No funds will be obligated at time of award and funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Appropriate fiscal year working capital funds (Navy) will be used as delivery orders are issued. One company was solicited for this sole-source requirement pursuant to the authority set forth in 10 U.S. Code 2304 (c)(1), with one offer received. Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity (N00383-24-D-BH01).

AECOM Technical Services Inc., Los Angeles, California, is awarded a $98,000,000 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity modification to previously-awarded contract (N62742-23-D-1802) to increase contract capacity for additional requirements of the Environmental Restoration, Navy, program as well as Navy Closure Task Force – Red Hill projects. This award brings the total cumulative value of the contract to $337,000,000. Work will be performed in Hawaii (64%); Guam (17%); northwest U.S. and Alaska (8%); southwest U.S. (6%); Atlantic and Mid-Atlantic U.S. (4%); and various locations in the Pacific and Indian Oceans below 1% (1%), and is expected to be completed by January 2028. No funds will be obligated at time of award. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Pacific, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin Space, Littleton, Colorado, is awarded a $28,850,353 cost-plus-incentive-fee contract modification (P00083) to a previously awarded contract (N00030-19-C-0025) to provide funding for a cost overrun for the Army All Up Round plus Canisters. Work will be performed in Denver, Colorado (100%). Work is anticipated to be completed on Sept. 30, 2024, and was previously announced to the public. Fiscal 2024 research development test and evaluation, Army funds in the amount of $28,850,353 will be obligated on this award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract is being awarded to the contractor on a sole source basis under 10 U.S. Code 3204(a)(1) and was previously synopsized on the System for Award Management online portal. Strategic Systems Programs, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

MPC Products Corp., Niles, Illinois, is awarded $9,610,803 contract for the repair for 161 control assemblies in support of the F-18 aircraft. The contract does not include options. All work will be performed in Niles, Illinois, and is expected to be completed by May 2026. Fiscal 2024 working capital (Navy) funds in the full amount of $9,610,803 will be obligated at time of award, and funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. One company was solicited for this non-competitive requirement pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(1) and one offer was received. Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity (N00383-24-F-W601).

DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE EDUCATION ACTIVITY

New Tech Solutions, Fremont, California (HE125424D3004); and TechWerks, San Antonio, Texas (HE125424D3005), were awarded a combined $50,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, multiple award contract for Information technology network outfitting. Each awardee will be awarded $2,000 (minimum guarantee per awardee) using fiscal 24 operation and maintenance funding.  Work will be performed in the contiguous U.S. or outside the continental U.S.  The locations are unknown and will be identified on each task order.  Work is expected to be completed by June 2029.  All funding will be available at the task order level as contracting actions occur. This contract was competitively procured via the System for Award Management website, SAM.gov, with seven offers received. The Department of Defense Education Activity, Alexandria, Virginia, is the contracting activity.

MISSILE DEFENSE AGENCY

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems, Moorestown, New Jersey, is being awarded a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract modification (P00105) under Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) weapon systems contract HQ085121C0002. The total value of this contract modification is $8,378,941. This modification establishes subline items 0040BR – 0040DM for procurement of materials in support of BMD 4.1.3 development and integration efforts.  The work will be performed in Moorestown, New Jersey, with an expected delivery date of June 1, 2025. The total value of the contract increases from $1,451,694,876 by $8,346,951 to $1,460,041,826. Fiscal 2022 procurement, defense wide in the amount of $8,346,951 will be obligated at the time of award.  The Missile Defense Agency, Dahlgren, Virginia, is the contracting activity.
