It's Not Called Super Garuda Shield for Nothing!

A showcase for partnerships and military alliances, Super Garuda Shield involves more than 4,000 service members from 19 nations observing — or training side-by-side — in one of the largest multinational exercises in the Indo-Pacific region.

Super Garuda Shield has expanded from being the cornerstone for the U.S.-Indonesia military relationship to include troops from Australia, Japan, Singapore, France and the United Kingdom.
